At Ankusha we are committed to the quality of our jewelry and the health and safety of our customers. Due to the intimate nature of earrings and for strict hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any of our products.

Why No Refunds or Returns?
Your health is our highest priority. As earrings are worn in piercings, we cannot accept returns of any kind. Once a piece of jewelry has left our facility, we are unable to verify that it has not been worn or tried on. Therefore, to ensure the absolute hygiene and safety of every customer, we cannot restock or resell any returned items.

This policy ensures that you will always receive a brand new, unworn piece of jewelry directly from us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every item before it is shipped. However, if you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To report an issue, please email us at contact@ankusha.in with your order number and a clear photo of the item in question.

We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution if the fault is determined to be on our end.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
